We hire recent college graduates to ensure two things, first is to bring a cheaper price to our clients. Secondly we hope to employ many of these freshly new college graduates because they will be getting the necessary training and experience necessary to complete a specific task. Although our senior staff members consist of seasoned IT Manager, Engineers and Developers they are part of a team that handles each challange specifically. As an added bonus to our clients though, by hiring recent graduates and students we ensure that our clients are getting the most current technologies available.

Our cleints look at this from more than one perspective, what recent surveys have found is that by using outsource consulting services they are providing support for starving students and also supporting our economy by ensuring that there are more graduates available to work for thier companies in the future.
